Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 2025
Look, I get it - nobody reads Terms of Service pages. But if you're serious about getting a gaming license, you should actually read this one. It covers what we do, what you're responsible for, and how we work together.
What You're Agreeing To
When you book a consultation or engage our services, you're entering into a professional service agreement. We provide expert guidance on gaming license requirements, application processes, and regulatory compliance. We don't file applications on your behalf (you'll need legal counsel for that), but we'll tell you exactly what needs to happen and how to avoid the mistakes that kill 67% of applications.
Our Services and Limitations
We offer:
- Strategic consulting on gaming license applications
- Jurisdiction analysis and recommendations
- Compliance framework development
- Application preparation guidance
- Regulatory relationship strategies
We are not: Attorneys. Accountants. Application filing agents. If someone tells you they can "guarantee" license approval, run. Fast. We provide expert guidance based on years of industry experience, but final approval always rests with regulatory bodies.
Payment and Refund Policy
Initial consultations are free - 30 minutes, no strings attached. If you engage our full services, payment terms are outlined in your specific service agreement. We bill for time and expertise, not outcomes (because again, we can't guarantee what regulators decide).
Refunds for ongoing consulting engagements are handled case-by-case. If we drop the ball, we'll make it right. If you ghost us for three months then want your money back, that's different.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with us stays confidential. Your business plans, financial data, operational details - it's all protected. We've worked with competitors in the same jurisdiction without any information crossover. That's not negotiable.
Exception: If we're legally compelled to disclose information by a court order or regulatory authority. Hasn't happened yet in 8 years, but theoretically possible.
Your Responsibilities
You need to:
- Provide accurate, complete information
- Respond to requests for documentation in reasonable timeframes
- Follow through on action items we identify
- Engage qualified legal counsel for actual filing
- Not misrepresent our guidance to third parties
We can't help you if you're hiding skeletons or planning something sketchy. Clean operations only.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you've actually paid us. We provide expert guidance, but regulatory outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control - your business history, jurisdiction politics, timing, the regulator's mood that day.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Questions?
If something here doesn't make sense, ask during your consultation. We're happy to clarify. These terms exist to protect both of us, not to create confusion.
